Planning Consultancy and Developer Contributions

At EPDS we have experience of representing both developers and local authorities in negotiations over the levels of contributions sought for education provision through s106 or other agreements.

We also have experience of liasing with planning and education authorities on behalf of developers in taking forward schemes for Local Plans, and are beginning similar work for the new Local Development Frameworks. EPDS also has consultants with experience of acting as expert witnesses both in the High Court and at Planning Appeals.
